      Pros

      People are outstanding to work with. ESOP is a great perk as it can help you retire much earlier. Products are really cool, and the customers we deal with are awesome too.

      Our company is making products that are increasingly important in our ever more uncertain and changing world. The atmosphere is motivating when you know you are working with a team that is all focused on providing the best possible solution for the customer be it self driving vehicles or military computers.

      Some of the cutting edge technology companies we serve are new and are sensitive to economic challenges.

      Developing really impressive products Nice, talented people Somewhat flexible work environment Monthly cash payouts when company achieves quality goals ESOP

      Cons

      No strategic vision or plan for growth and longevity. Senior management expects year over year sales growth by doing more of the same things, just better. Tactical focus and reactive, shoot from the hip business approach. Very siloed, cliquey environment. Lots of finger pointing. Employees focused on their own success and survival. No trust. Lack cohesive, effective senior management team. Within their respective roles and teams, some are strong leaders, others are not. Overall transparency and communication are extremely poor.
