      I had the best boss ever. Benefits were pretty good. I had 5 weeks of vacation. It was a union company.

      Too much corporate. Too many people trying to be the boss.

      Pros

      Very responsive management. Great people to work with. Pay fairly decent for the Minnesota area. If you are a younger person and looking to work during high school or college, then this is a good place to work at.

      Cons

      Customers can be somewhat rude or strange sometimes, but that comes with the job. Unconditional admittance to the company's own labor union. They take a cut of your pay, and unless you're an active participant in the union, it's a little difficult to discern what you get out of it.
