Good people, poor facilities.

-Management comprised of very nice, overly-midwestern folk. -Pay was decent. -Being part of a union is comforting.

Cons

-Facilities were old, outdated, improper for what we were doing, and borderline dangerous. -Was taught the job by two different people, both of whom berated me for doing it the way the other person taught me.

In my experience, the managers have been nice. The training is great. The best part of working here is the friends I have made.

Cons

Just the regular downsides of working retail. There are rude customers, or customers who try to scam you (if you're a cashier). It's tough.
