Thank you for taking the time to provide this review and your dedicated employment. We are committed to you and taking the steps to be a great place to work. We love to hear about your positive work experience but also areas where you see we can improve. We do see our interview process as lengthy and have, at time, lost well qualified applicants to other jobs because of the time from application to offer. We are looking at ways to improve the interview process so that we don't lose future applicants and are most efficient with everyone's valuable time. It may be as simple as setting the expectation in the beginning since we have found our method to be the best to reduce future employee turnover over the years. We have experienced some rapid growth recently. As our departments grow in size and number, we see the need to strengthen communication methods between departments to be effective and efficient.
