Pros

After 3 years Insurance is 100% paid for your family, open PTO.

Cons

Product built on an old platform, need massive improvement & overhaul. Culture requires VERY thick skin, from the weight loss challenges to leadership communication.

Very good medication management solution. Good income potential.

Cons

No real training on the enterprise offering. Unrealistic expectations of new sales people. Very high turnover rate in the sales group.

Pros

Lots of growth here. I have seen lots of people getting promoted some who started as interns. It's very much up to you as to where you want to grow within the company. Good benefits including lots of free food from time to time. The CEO works hard at creating a great company culture. Not all his ideas are good ones but I like the direction we are going.

Cons

Not everything is figured out. This can lead to frustration with some team members. We don't have great interaction with the field team mostly due to nature of the work they do.
