The company was great, they really tried to bring people together as a family. The Unlimited PTO helped keep from burn out. And the travel, even though not destination locations, was still a great experience.

I had some time over the holidays so I wanted to take a moment to write a review. I worked at Cubex for almost two years. The experience I had was excellent. For starters, they went out of their way to keep me on as part of the team when They could have given up on having a small inside sales department. I say this because a month after I was hired my manager who developed inside sales left the company. In addition to that my counterpart also left as well. Cubex could have told me that's it, we are just going to focus on field reps but they didn't. They kept me on to learn and do the job. Everyone at the company is very helpful and its a very family oriented culture. The biggest benefit in my opinion was the experience and knowledge gained. I came to the company with inside sales experience but they helped me take it to a much more professional level which allowed me to transition into my new job painlessly. I learned a great deal from my Manager, the Veterinary Sales VP and the Medical Sales President. Of course they also have all of the usual company benefits. They will pay for your health plan in its entirety after several years of service.
