9 80 schedule is a plus and company location

Cons

Senior leadership and executive management are very political. The company has a leadership problem in key departments and as a whole. Legal and compliance team is a revolving door all good senior folks are leaving. They have never spent time hiring the right folks in the support functions to lead the teams in the right direction. They promote/hire incompetent folks in key positions. Diversity and inclusion is a major bit issue as well.

Hybrid work schedule 9/80 work schedule so every other friday off Headquarters in San Diego

Cons

Heard Hybrid shchedule is going away They recently took away 401K matching The company has been unprofitable for a few years now so they don't even give cost of living raises They were acquired a few years ago, just has a large layoff and recently fired employees so they can bring new employees back in the office full time. No more profit sharing No bonuses for the peons Company has cut some departments down so much that the work load has increased 3 fold on the remaining employees Company is about the be sold off by the investment company that owns it.
