11yCubic is changing the way we go about cultivating talent from within. This year (2014) we hired a Director of Training and Development at Corporate. This role with his team will roll out development plans for employees along with providing training and growth opportunities. We are making the investment in this area, but it has been under-invested for some time, so change will be gradual. Please come see HR and we will be glad to help in anyway we can.
