      "Revolving door" in Contracts and Marketing during the time I was there.

      Pros

      Got good experience and learned alot in the very early stages of my career, co-workers were pretty friendly for the most part.

      Cons

      Salaries were abnormally low and cost of the benefits were very high. Hard to live and survive in San Diego on what they were willing to pay. Only way to get a raise is to announce you're quitting.

      Pros

      Cool technologies, works well as a contractor with many Federal Government agencies.

      Cons

      Middle and VP level managers at Cubic Global Tracking Solutions needed t be replaced. They have no idea how to run this division for a company as big as Cubic Corp. Manufacturing in Mexico needs to be brought back into the US.
