I love that Cubic is the perfect size; big enough to offer great benefits, competitive compensation and enriching job opportunities, but also small enough to facilitate strong relationships and the ability to do meaningful work. With a focus on innovation and growth there are always exciting projects.

Cons

Along with the benefit of exciting work comes the challenge of balancing multiple priorities. If you're someone who loves to keep busy, dig in deep and innovate to make a difference, Cubic is for you. If you prefer your job to be pre-defined and routine you may struggle.
