Awesome perks with every other Friday off due to a compressed work week. Benefits were good as well but 4% 401K match only.

Cons

Depends where you go, my manager was a very bad person and boss who is still there. Very verbally abusive person who thinks he knows everything but didn't know how to run his team effectively.
