Cons
Despite a good performance and annual rating, I was laid off without clear justification. Sent for field testing in extreme weather conditions (rain/snow) just a week before the layoff. I had to pay hotel expenses out of pocket and was only reimbursed after repeated follow-ups with HR. Management is unprofessional and non-transparent. People in leadership roles, including project and test engineers, lack basic technical knowledge (e.g., writing SQL queries), yet their jobs remain secure. No accountability, poor communication, and a demoralizing work environment.
