Pros

9/80 schedule = every other friday off. Good people to work with. A good amount of trust and not a ton of micromanagement.

Cons

Pay is ok but could be better, especially in this competitive market. Sometimes expectations of long travel durations out of the country. Can get stuck working legacy code, which may or may not be your thing. Initiatives for process improvement are sometimes not given follow-through.

Cons

Horrible Management on Transportation sector. Even more, horrible products. Blames employees for bad product. Customers hate the product. Expensive insurance. Lacks diversity.

Pros

The people are really friendly.

Cons

Defense-sector pay without the good work life balance. Pitiful raises and growth. Cubic pays a whole team of people whose job is to virtue signal and bully you into taking courses about your privilege. Morale is incredibly low because they can't keep people and quality is going down the drain. Recent acquisition is creating a lot of uncertainty. I could go on.
