No forward thinking, No forward planning short term culture and all about the money and i want it yesterday .. Management are in excess, far too many and too many of them are incompetent. "bright as a blackout " was term often used. If you ain't management don't expect any training ...and the more you do the less thought of you become. coffee breaks are a no no and expect to eat dinner at your desk with no internet .....so you end up working !!!! Oh and future isn't orange, just looks dim .. losing contracts, redundancies and low morale
