Overall Good Company with some Major Hiccups

Pros

Overall good work life balance. Pay was half decent but not amazing. Work greatly depends on your business unit as a lot of units are treated as their own small company. Interesting projects with unique challenges.

Cons

- Outlook for company isn't amazing after being acquired. - Company is heavily focused on transportation contracting with defense contracting seeming like an after thought. - Definitely has a small company mindset at times even though they are quite a large company.
