Pros

When hired for this role, I was offered great pay and benefits and I truly gained valuable industry experience. Great coworkers and most supervisors were supportive.

Cons

A major disconnect between the executive leadership team and the employee base as a whole. Misallocation of funds and the wrong people placed in leadership roles lead to bankruptcy of the entire company.
