Most of my coworkers are/were great.

Management is completely disconnected from reality. No one wants to hear about how much money you have on hand after the 4th layoff in a calendar year. What do you think it does for morale when you cut large teams and then brag about how much money we have?

Free snacks and drinks, relaxed dress code, 4-day work week.

Cons

Literally, everything else. Company is going through massive layoffs. They've sunk a ton of money into a covid test kit that is no longer in demand. Procedures and processes are never followed. Quality here is a joke and are consistently pressured to cut corners. Under performing employees are never called out on their lack of effort and you can easily skate by doing the bare minimum.
