      Pros

      Great Marketing team staff but Exec levels are a bit sloppy.

      Cons

      Exec level folks are constantly changing direction and unclear with priorities, so for that reason priorities keep changing. Teams also work in silos; the collaborative environment is lacking.

      Some of the best people I have ever worked with. The HR and Culture teams were pleasant and fostered an inclusive environment. They paid well

      Cons

      Upper management was made up of yes-men and grossly incompetent people. They would constantly lie about data and push for new ideas with little to no data backing it.
