      Hardwork goes unnoticed

      Pros

      Unchallenging interview process with minimum required education.

      Cons

      Expect to work long hours and dedication to go unnoticed. Quality of work is not top priority, only speed. Higher degrees will not matter and will still be overlooked. Mass layoffs every 3-4 months with an insult of a severance package. Expect to not be protected by employment discrimatory rights.

      Pros

      Non-managerial Production folks work hard, support each other and strive to meet unrealistic KPIs; all the while displaying deep respect for their Superiors.

      Cons

      Production leadership is very dominating and has a deep disregard for the workforce. Work schedules changes are made on-the-fly and anyone that cannot adjust is left with the only option of resigning. Communication suffers greatly and leaders lack the ability to be on the same page. The Assistant Director of Manufacturing Operations displays a level of prejudice and creates very uncomfortable and awkward situations.

      1. Management will offer you a big RSU and kick you out before you can vest anything. 2. Hard working guys will be kicked out first because management team does not care
