      CEO created a very toxic work environment at Cue Health

      Pros

      The Marketing department was full of wonderful people that made the job a positive and fun experience.

      Cons

      The CEO, Ayub Khattak was a very intimidating and demeaning leader who created an extremely toxic work environment. All meetings with him caused immense anxiety as he would disrespect employees with bullying communication tactics and would constantly undermine subject matter experts to exert his way as the only way.

      Pros

      Great Marketing team staff but Exec levels are a bit sloppy.

      Cons

      Exec level folks are constantly changing direction and unclear with priorities, so for that reason priorities keep changing. Teams also work in silos; the collaborative environment is lacking.
