      Great Company, People, Mission but Intense

      Pros

      The company overall is a great place to work and grow. All the people are wonderful and truly interested in helping one another in any way they can, and the company mission is something anyone can get behind

      Cons

      With all that said, Cue Health operates like a small company because it is. And with that comes high intensity, everything is due yesterday and, in the current economic climate, essentially every objective carries a ton of weight as it relates to the success of the organization.

      Pros

      Flexibility has always been great. My manager has never denied PTO requests.

      Cons

      Management is unorganized, emotional, and lacks communication skills. Company has always given me empty promises (promotions, raises, etc.) that they could not deliver on. Stock of the company has fallen 90% since I began. Being the hardest worker with little to no incentive is always frustrating.
