      Great Culture Environment. Upper Management has passion for what they do and listen to their employees.

      Pros

      The only perk is having every Friday off. But it’s not worth it anymore.

      Cons

      The work culture is toxic. There’s no confidence in the leadership of the company. The COO just jumped ship and he is extremely smart and experienced in the industry so there are red flags everywhere.
