Pros

The company overall is a great place to work and grow. All the people are wonderful and truly interested in helping one another in any way they can, and the company mission is something anyone can get behind

Cons

With all that said, Cue Health operates like a small company because it is. And with that comes high intensity, everything is due yesterday and, in the current economic climate, essentially every objective carries a ton of weight as it relates to the success of the organization.

Pros

Got to work three 12-hour shifts over the weekend, so had 4 days off each week. They had free snacks, coworkers got along well, and the teams were incredibly diverse. 401k, health/dental/vision/life insurance, and employee stock purchase plan. Supervisors never said no to PTO requests.

Cons

Communication was poor between departments and different shifts. They also had mass layoffs and got rid of the weekend shifts.

Pros

- Work life balance - Coworkers - Pay - Remote

Cons

Seriously, none. The company is great and wish I still worked there.
