Pros

Decent benefits. Great technology and testing capabilities.

Cons

10 hours days are the norm. Expectations to work weekends. Poorly defined requirements and "Sprints" that should take 4-6 weeks takes 8-10 weeks because no one can make a decision. Development, QA and Product teams are in constant churn to understand what is expected.

Pros

Free snacks, and great co workers. I enjoyed working with every group at this company. So many hard working and wonderful people. The tech is amazing and could change health care

Cons

3 RIFs in less than a year. The CEO has no business experience and has over staffed in the C-Suite and Executive levels, none of which were affected by the RIFs. There doesn't seem to be a clear definition of what the company wants to be. Software? Testing devices?
