Pros

They are just starting to really focus on technology and are attempting to build out a healthcare system. You get to work with a lot of smart people from diverse backgrounds and great past experience.

Cons

There are a lot of things happening at once so it can get disorganized sometimes leading to some miscommunication

Pros

Cue Health is trying to become more diverse, build a company culture, and recognize good work. There are perks such as snacks and a gym pass for their employees. Weekend shifts are 3-day weeks on Fri-Sun 12-hour days, considered a full-time employee with benefits.

Cons

The key word is "trying", there is no effort or changes. Company culture is not a concern in reality for the company as Cue is bleeding financially. HR and executives constantly repeat PR scripted messages to their employees with no emotion about how they care when in reality voices are not being heard. This in return is creating more and more dissatisfied employees and employees leaving the company. All talk no action. Promotion within the company is impossible unless you have or had a personal relationship with upper management. The only thing that comes to you if you do good work is an increased workload without any compensation or recognition, meaning you are penalized for doing good work. Diversity is non-existent as directors hire their old co-workers/friends who have no clue what they are in charge of for senior management positions over those that have invested years at Cue. One word to describe career opportunities is favoritism. HR is not there for their employees if anything for their own personal gains. Their favorite choice of response to concerns or questions is "I will look into that" or "I will get back to you on that", and they never do. For those that are looking to apply, or in the process of getting promoted, be prepared to get lowballed. Use this company to build your resume and experience, don't plan to stay long-term. Advice for the company, if the company continues down this path there will be no more good employees left. News flash, all of those that are in senior positions are building their resume to get ready to leave Cue, they do not care about the company's future and those that work under them can see right through it. Restructure is desperately needed if the company wants to move up to the next level. Seniors and upper management at Cue are cancer to the company that is slowly killing your company.
