The company is very data-driven and promote bottom-line results, maybe too data-driven. This can make or break you depending on your role.
Like most small companies, there will be obstacles along the journey. Some come up more frequently than others. Constant changes to better the business but can cause miscommunication along the way. M&A is Cultura’s core business, which is great. More businesses mean more revenue. However, I feel Cultura focus majority of their attention on the M&A side and not focus enough attention on the current products the company have. The company promotes innovation, but a lot of the products are dated. To be innovative, the company must keep up with the ever-changing technology and I feel Cultura can get a little lost trying to find their way.
