Pros

A small organization, many are long-term employees, has a family-oriented feel.

Cons

No career development, stay in your lane, salaries are below market with little incentives. Absent CEO, not interested in engaging with employees unless you have an acquisition deal in the works. COO micromanages everything.

Pros

The culture is great! I have an amazing boss and the people in the Alpharetta office are great to work with. The company welcomes new ideas and give you the tools to bring them to life. Also, collaboration and a solid work-life balance are often promoted. Depending on your position, you will not feel too overworked. Some of the managers can be demanding, but they are understanding as well. The top qualities are culture, work-life balance, and open-mindedness.

Cons

The company is very data-driven and promote bottom-line results, maybe too data-driven. This can make or break you depending on your role. Like most small companies, there will be obstacles along the journey. Some come up more frequently than others. Constant changes to better the business but can cause miscommunication along the way. Lack of structure at times, but if you are okay with that type of environment, you just have to roll with the punches and weather the storms (as in plural). M&A is Cultura’s core business, which is great. More businesses mean more revenue. However, I feel Cultura focus majority of their attention on the M&A side and not focus enough attention on the current products the company have. The company promotes innovation, but a lot of the products are dated. To be innovative, the company must keep up with the ever-changing technology and I feel Cultura can get a little lost trying to find their way.

Pros

Up to date equipment, decent facilities, convenient location

Cons

The old timers are all busy and don't seem all that enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge. You'll never forget you are a contractor. You better understand farming.
