Great crew team mixed management and issues with communication

Cons

Some management childish Childish customer requests Poor employee benefits with no discounts at all Aged equipment and food health issues Unable to communicate properly with customers with broken drive thru headsets and more issues with broken restrooms.

The pros of working at Culver's is being able to immerse yourself in a vast network of connections. Also the half off food was a plus.

Cons

The inconsistency of the hours given to me was a con. Also the food was pretty expensive even with the discount.
