Pros
great relationships made…learned a lot, pay was good most of the time. I had decent management that would hear me out if I had a problem, most of the time.
Cons
Management wasn't very good at communicating. I was supposed to get a promotion but ended up not getting one for some reason. They did not tell me that I wasn't getting it anymore I just figured it out all on my own. I am a communications major so half the time I was frustrated on how they were handling situations and the communication they would give out.
