      Pros

      50% off food for being a team member, 100% off food for being a manager, gives raises every once in a while, possibility of tips if you're working in the dining room.

      Cons

      Under constant pressure, coworkers and managers are usually rude, unfair working conditions

      Great food, as always. Great place to get your foot in the door as a high school kid looking for cash.

      Family owned, so hit or miss if the location is good to work at or not.

      Pros

      Culver's was my first job. Everybody is so polite there. Owners are involved and the management is great! I made so many new friendships with coworkers. The work never got boring. There seemed to be always something new to get trained on. For the most part we were staffed pretty well so there was always helped if we needed it.

      Cons

      Honestly there's not many negatives for me to say about it. However, from other coworkers I've heard that get crappy hours and feel like management shows favoritism.
