Making friends and building long lasting friendships with coworkers after working with valuable team members.

Cons

I actually don't have any cons other than coming home greasy or smelling like food. Great place to work and build great tendencies of a great worker

The management seems to be very concerned with keeping guests satisfied as well as creating an effective, team-driven, friendly atmosphere to ensure employee satisfaction. At my store the owner is very interactive and hands-on. He comes in a few times a week and always helps out and is easy to talk to about any problems. Scheduling is very flexible, and you are able to get time off.

Cons

It is in the food industry, which can result in getting treated poorly by customers who feel they have been wronged. For me, it is a great college job, but not a career.
