      Pros

      Flexible with hours, and for entry level employees it has a good work enviroment. Great training, and a lot of experience within the current staff.

      Cons

      there is very low ceiling on wages, very high expectations from management. which wouldn't be an issue if people felt well compensated. which in the past approx. 5yrs has remained at the same levels despite vastly increased sales. Benefits have been reduced in quality, such as health ins, bonuses. and the ability to take any time off that you needed, which is no longer guaranteed.

      Pros

      They genuinely care about me as a person, (managers and owners) love the people I work with, easy to go along once you get the swing of things

      Cons

      During rushes you are expected to do everything anyone asks, if you don't like working with teenagers you won't get along here very well, low wages
