Pros

Flexible hours and had the opportunity to work with a lot of different people. Learned the meaning of hospitality management and how to make processes more efficient. Had the chance to remedy numerous situations for incorrect orders or special requests.

Cons

Managers were often unwilling to help cashiers when busy. There were many hierarchy issues between management, crew trainers and the crew. Often given mundane or useless tasks to complete during slow hours. Completed hours of e-training which was unnecessary/common sense material.
