Not bad for a fast food place

Pros

The food is top quality. Every effort is made to ensure that customers are getting the benefit of paying the higher costs for food. The store is kept clean and the food is freshly prepared, from the fried chicken to the butterburgers.

Cons

From time to time, team members will slack off and ignore customers. Suggestive selling is lacking both at the front counter and in the drive thru. Favoritism runs rampant with the "cliques" getting higher recognition for less work.

Pros

the pay is good, employees gets a 50 percent discount on anything in the store (While working) or when your off you get a 25 percent discount

Cons

the managers look down upon the crew members, they have little to no respect for them. Also, all 7 managers have different ways of doing things and if you dont do it their way while your working for them they'll get ticked off.

Pros

The schedule is very flexible, co-workers are very fun, and most of the jobs you will be tasked with are easy. You also get reviewed very regularly so there is lots of oppurtunity for improvement. Overall, a very enjoyable job.

Cons

Promotions are very scarce, and some managers are... less enjoyable to work with, to say the least. You could possibly be written up for something routine if your manager is in a bad mood that day.
