Pros

They are flexible on the hours you have to work per week. Options to work different positions throughout the store.

Cons

The pay is not as good as I would have hoped. Working in food services always has its down sides.

Pros

Good high school job but you can do much better when you get into college.

Cons

No beneifts for part time employees. You can only expect to make your hourly wage and that's it. No overtime, no bonuses, etc. Management is usually underpaid as well

Pros

Good job while obtaining a degree. Not a position to live on as full-time employment. Flexible with time off, even if for longer periods of time.

Cons

There can often be a problem between communication with employees and management. Also, owner/ operators may not operate as much as one would expect.
