The management team is very understanding when you need flexibility in your schedule due to school - whether you are in high school or returning from college for summer work. The wage was fair and I was always given extra hours if requested or if staff was needed.

Cons

during rush hours for dinner and lunch things could get hectic. if the crew was not on one accord or an employee didn't do their designated task it would make work for everyone hard. When everyone did as they were supposed to things ran smoothly.
