Pros
Decent pay for certain hours and experience
Cons
Literally everything else. If you're over 18, you get a half hour lunch for a 7 hour shift (Kentucky has state break laws, know your rights!) they'll schedule you for 3 and 1/2 hours just so you don't get a 15 minute break some days. The teenagers who work there earn $8.75 an hour, the book states you'll get performance bonuses/increase in pay every 90 days when you really don't, the owner yelled at a manager for not having people sitting outside in 95° Kentucky humidity and heat when the fans weren't working, the tablets for outside order takers barely ever work, good luck getting a headset for drive thru that works as well, they won't give you more hours if your pay is too much, maybe 15-20/week, more than likely so they don't have to pay out benefits, so you have to have a second job if you want to even try to make ends meet here, and be careful about mentioning another job, they'll drop you on the spot and they don't care unless you take a leave of absence apparently.
