Pros

I was making $15/hour in 2023, would assume the pay is higher now for the top workers. Had a few years of experience at that point. Good management and scholarship opportunities!

Cons

No advice, great place to work

Pros

Good pay for a fast food job

Cons

Average benefits. Emotionally abusive work environment. (I do not say that lightly). Almost every team member was screamed at daily for small, honest mistakes. Physically dangerous work environment: GM coerced me into washing dishes upstairs while everyone else took shelter from a tornado in the basement. Almost daily, many employees were expected to stay on the premises without pay in case they “were needed.” Used verbal and emotional intimidation tactics to encourage compliance. Verbally discouraged employees from discussing wages, violating federal law.

Pros

The managers were amazing after the first few years of being open when things settled down. Lots of employees so you don’t overwork yourself

Cons

Too many high school students who don’t do much on their own
