Flexible with scheduling and decent pay rate.

Cons

Very clicky vibe. You have to be friends with upper management and popular team members if you want to go anywhere. Little to nothing is done about problem employees behavior, and things can get pretty unprofessional in front of customers. There are some very clear issues that aren't being fixed or addressed, as if they just don't know what to do about it.
