Lots of freedom, managers are not breathing down your neck

Cons

Bonuses have not been great so far (still haven't been with the company for very long though), the policy is to cap at a fairly low $$ figure

Pros

* You will meet nice people there, has the feel of a small business (in most offices it is indeed very small) * Has opportunity to learn on entry level * Good communication between various offices which expands your knowledge

Cons

* Not the best in the market when it comes to pay (Average) * Many managers are greedy and claim your effort to themselves * Poor bonus structure * They over work you * The system allows managers to undercut employees hours and bill it to themselves on work they didn't do
