      Pros

      I worked at Cumming on assignment for a client. It was a great experience in the sense that Cumming provides you with resources as needed to execute your job, at the same time giving you autonomy to operate. They trust your judgement and not micromanage. As long as you keep the clients happy, nobody will be looking over your shoulder and in this era of managing knowledge workers, a great plus.

      Cons

      Clients some times are unpredictable.

      My Internship Experience with Cumming Corporation

      Pros

      This was my first internship with a consulting company during my academic break in summer, and the experience was treasured in its own permanence. The most valuable experience that I found throughout the period of internship was multi-faceted exposure to various activities and events which helped me learn and grow.

      Cons

      I did not find any down side as such during the period.

      Good Company, Just Stay Busy

      Pros

      Fun culture, good pay, lots of perks. They will challenge you.

      Cons

      Don;t expect to last long if you are between projects. Not enough support for dealing with difficult clients. Upper Management cares, but seems too busy to really do anything.
