Pros

Culture, ethics, respect, opportunities and tools to allow you to grow

Cons

Seems like Engineering role is falling behind in terms of salary, and work load is high. Support areas have been getting easier promotions opportunities and growth opportunities, rather than the Engineering team.

Pros

Since the pandemic, Cummins has made it very convenient and did a global review of all positions designating a lot of positions as fully remote, hybrid or on site. It's great that we have this option.

Cons

I think the salary is not competitive enough with a lot of major companies in the United States. Unfortunately this leads to a lot of young talent finding other opportunities elsewhere
