Pros

Benefits Work Life Balance Good People

Cons

Leaders chase EBITDA, quarterly profits, and press releases about new diverse hires above all else. Company used to have a good culture that supported its people. Now it’s political, diversity driven promotions to show how liberal they are rather than getting the best candidates in leadership. They’ve abandoned the people they groomed for years to get external accolades for diversity. No real plan to survive the move away from fossil fuels. Won’t last more than 30 years at the current pace.
