Challenging job scope given the changes that are constantly taking place. There's also work life balance so long as you can manage your time properly. Good pay and career progression available as well.

Cons

Constant reorganisations and restructuring in the company can be quite demoralising, distracting and disruptive. But these are arguably attributed to market conditions, so hold out till the "good" times and bite the bullet if you can..

For the work you do, the pay is pretty high. You can start work late and leave early. You don't need to stay for 8 hours. You can work at home for 2 days if you are senior enough.

Cons

Too focus on the six sigma tools. The overall efficiency of the company is not high. You must keep pushing others to cooperate with you.

My boss had visa issues so I did not have enough interaction with him
