Excellent Benefits, good people on both plant and technical sides of the business. people want to a good job,
Cons
Approach to design and production integration could not be further from the managers minds, Managers lack experience and walk away from product design issues once released. No ownership of issues. to many managers playing lip service to their seniors. No Loyalty, too many career managers and engineers using the company as a platform to tick an experience box and moving on, creating unstable departmental environments.
