      Well laid out policies and processes.. Good business leadership.. Compliant.. Somewhat ethical.. Good products.. The new office at Pune is good.. Cross function job rotation opportunities.. Good C&B philosophy..

      Cons

      If you want to experience a great organization as an employee- this is not the place to be for gen y.. HR function sucks! More perception driven than data driven.. Lack of empowerment .. Hierarchical .. Lacks collaboration n suffocating work culture.. IT systems are old age.. Conservative in nature.. Talent management is more of name sake!
