Pros
- It is a good company to grow your carrier. - Variety in job profile - Job rotate almost every 3-4 years / transfer - Company is system driven, hence it is always a better chance of fair play. - Good for female employee - Freedom to do your job in your way
Cons
- Sometime you can get stuck in politics / grouping - Not much scope of additional training and job switching, you need to prepare yourself on your own for such change. - On hand job rotation is not always good and sometimes dependent on person
