Pros

Can be a global experience depending on role. Most seem to be paid according to role. Good opportunities for engineers

Cons

Reviews are infrequent - think that you are doing ok and 6 months later you find out otherwise. First impressions can be impossible to overcome. Promotions are not always based on performance. "Preferred" employees find it easy to change roles. Manager must help when changing roles - if the manager is no help then there will be no changing.

Pros

Better place to work. Proffessional and multi national company. Opportunity for learning for beginers, perticularly mechanical engineering candidates. Enough benefits.

Cons

As it is a well established company, many of the things are standerdised so lesser oportunity for design engineers to show up their creative work.
