Pros

As the company moves to a lot of hybrid remote/in-person work, the work/life balance can be really good or really bad depending on your job and responsibilities.

Cons

As the company moves to a lot of hybrid remote/in-person work, the work/life balance can be really good or really bad depending on your job and responsibilities. My personal work/life balance has not been great but I think will be better in the next year.

Pros

Truly feels like the company cares about their core values, the community, their employees, the environment, social issues, etc. Most of leadership are the most inspiring leaders I've met. Great opportunity to move between roles. Excellent training. I've met all the best people through Cummins. The company has a talent for recruiting amazing human beings.

Cons

Test Engineers tend to be overworked since test engineering is VERY important for Cummins and people move between roles often, meaning knowledge is lost.
