      Lack in teamwork & project management. In need on more training. A lot of group clichés & favoritism going on.

      Pros

      Most people are very friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      The company "culture" is pretty much just skin deep. You will be asked to provide input, but if that input isn't a positive thing don't expect it to go over very well. In fact, you may have people come after you if your input effected them. And work/life balance is great if you work in the corporate office. Not so much for the office staff in the field.....
