The people are amazing, kind, and very fun! Get to work with people with lots of interesting backgrounds. The engineering team is very supportive. You can work remote.

Pros
Cohesive and hard working engineering team, supportive and fun colleagues, work-life balance, ability to grow through your own grit and grabbing opportunities that come your way, some incredibly smart and experienced ML researchers
Cons
Lack of leadership investment in helping team members grow, few senior engineers, leaders sometimes seem out of touch with healthcare realities for the majority of Americans, no product market fit yet (although that may be a pro for some)
